Please reference consumerfinance.gov Case number : XXXX - I have not heard back about this case and Trans National Credit Corp. has not provided me with any proof that this debt is mine. They refuse to provide evidence and it seems that they can not even be vetted by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The 30 days have long gone as this dispute was submitted on XXXX/XXXX/2016. When is this going to be removed from my credit??? They refuse to provide the emails they say contain information that the debt is mine. PLEASE HELP!!!

Found debt listed on credit report. Sent letter stating letter to creditor listed that the debt was being disputed and validation is requested. Company sent back letter but did not receive the proper debt verification. The company listed original creditor but not amount Stated that they verified with original creditor via secured email and/or retrieval of original documentation but did not send to me. Stated that their verification process determined their debt information and final sum due as being correctly reported to them. Stated that information would remain reported to XXXX despite the debt was being disputed.

I just discovered that there is a medical collection being reported to my credit by Trans National Corp, since the beginning of 2017. It 's for {$160.00} from XXXX XXXX XXXX , which I had to look up to discover is an XXXX . I XXXX XXXX last year and I assume this is from that.
Except I am fully insured, so there should be no outstanding debts. In fact, they told me to bring in {$2500.00} to cover my deductible and coinsurance, and I did. I was under the impression that I was paid in full, and never getting a bill certainly did n't do anything to dissuade that assumption. Had I received a bill, I 'd have taken care of this before it ended up as the ONLY negative mark on my otherwise XXXX credit report.
I also never got any notice of collection from Trans National so, again, I had no chance to get to the bottom of this error before seeing it on my report.
I 've disputed it with XXXX ( it 's only on XXXX ) and it came back as verified, so I assume they did n't actually do any real verification or it would have been deleted. Additionally, it is n't reporting as disputed, which I 'm told it has to be when you dispute something.
