Upright Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313874372, Serious citation number 01, item number 003, issued on March 11, 2010, and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 122 Abbeyhill Ln, Saint Johns, Florida. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. On or about November 1, 2013, on the roof trusses, employees installing framing were exposed to 12 to 24 feet fall hazards in that they were not protected by a fall protection system. b.
