Mack Sails, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1910.1200(h)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1121041, citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 06/29/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3129 Se Dominica Terrace, Stuart, FL 34997. |
