I noticed this company attempting to collect a medical bill in XXXX of XXXX. The date of the medical visit was XX/XX/XXXX. My insurance company paid the claim submitted and then denied an additional claim for the same amount as it was a duplicate. I made a call to the company AR Resources and they advised me to email to have the collection removed and updated. Since then there has been no action and I again emailed them asking for immediate resolution and have yet to hear anything back. I am attaching supporting documentation to this complaint from the insurance company and my attempts to reach this company for resolution

I have no knowledge of these companies and they shouldnt be reporting as I never gave permission for the reporting per Section 1681a -I sent correspondence to the Credit Bureaus regarding this. I was never notified in writing per 15 U.S.C 1692ag prior to accounts being on my credit report, within 5 days. Moreover, these accounts violate debt collections, abusive and unfair practices per section 1692f ( 1 ) adding additional amounts.

My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against AR RESOURCES INC. for committing identity theft. I have never given AR RESOURCES INC any permission to use any of my identifying information to commit mail fraud by contacting me about an alleged debt they claim I owe. I am legally refusing to pay this debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692c ( c ). I am demanding a cease and desist of all illegal activity, any communication and collection activity, of this and any alleged debts until AR RESOURCES INC can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence that I have any legal obligation to pay them. If this documentary evidence can not be produced and AR RESOURCES INC continues its collection efforts, I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and AR RESOURCES INC will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud and mail fraud. Some time ago I had gone to the hospital for emergency XXXX XXXX. I went to an in network ER and paid all out of pocket expenses that I my insurance did not cover, such as deductables and co-pays. I paid over {$8000.00} but after all was paid I received an alert on my credit report for a medical debt that I was NEVER BILLED FOR. It was in the amount o {$250.00} with a collection agency call AR XXXX XXXX. I contacted them and paid this in full as soon as I was made aware of the debt. This should not be on my credit report. How can I pay for something that I was never notified about?? I want XXXX and XXXX to delete this.

I have disputed a debt collection on my credit report several times now. The company is AR Resources and it has shown up on all 3 of my credit reports intermittently. The credit reporting agency will have it removed and then it will show up again. It is for approximately {$300.00}. I have both spoken to this company, which can not verify that its a valid debt, they tell me who the original creditor is, and Ive called them and been to their offices recently and they do not have any record of me owing them money. In fact, if I owed money, they wouldnt have seen me that day. It appears this AR Resources keeps showing up on each of my credit bureau reports because they keep reporting different account numbers each time. When the reporting agency confirms its not valid, the debt collection company just changes the number so it can be reported again. This is unethical and illegal, I do not owe this company money and I demand this company purge whatever record they have of me and my information and stop reporting wrong info to my credit bureau reports.

I wanted to payoff/settle the debt but incorrect documentation was listed on the contact information on XXXX website.
I don't think that it is fair for the consumer ( myself ), that I should have to take the full blame for the mistake. When the problem at hand could've been resolved in a timely manner instead of showing several months of past due on my credit report.
