Hillsborough Ave., Tampa, FL 33604, as observed on or about 01/16/2013, employees were exposed to struck-by/crushing hazards while working underneath pneumatic/hydraulic vehicle lifts. Safety stops had been bypassed, such that the two indoor lifts were supported only by hydraulics and could crush employees working underneath in event of a hydraulic failure.
