See Caufield v. Browner, 272 So. 3d 530, 531 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019) (noting “the reservation of jurisdiction over related claims necessarily renders the order nonfinal”); see also Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.530(b) (“A motion . . . for rehearing must be served not later than 15 days after . . . the date of filing of the judgment in a non-jury action.”); Tedder v. Est. of Tedder, 200 So. 3d 123 (Fla. 5th DCA 2016) (explaining an untimely motion for rehearing does not toll rendition of an order).GROSS, DAMOORGIAN and FORST, JJ., concur.
