TEN VISTAS WITH ONE LEAD WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE GOALS OF THE PROJECT BY PERFORMING ACTIVITIES SUCH AS COMMUNITY OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT, EXPANSION OF SERVICES WITHIN UNDER-SERVED AND DISADVANTAGED NEIGHBORHOODS, AND CREATING LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES, OVER THE COURSE OF THREE TO FOUR YEARS. THIS YEARS' VISTA PROJECTS ALIGN WITH THE FY 21 PROGRAM PRIORITIES OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY AND HEALTHY FUTURES.
