ACTIVITIES:SOLAR PROJECTS RECEIVING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE RECIPIENT MAY RECEIVE ASSISTANCE FOR ASSOCIATED ENERGY STORAGE AND UPGRADES THAT EITHER ENABLE PROJECT DEPLOYMENT OR MAXIMIZE THE BENEFITS OF THE PROJECT FOR LOW-INCOME AND DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES.
