MISCELLANEOUS ORDER ~ The appellee's motion to supplement appendix for motion to stay appeal isgranted. The appellee's motion to stay appeal pending further proceedings in the bankruptcy court on appellee's Motion for Declaratory Relief with respect to the Inapplicability of the Automatic Stay or, in the Alternative, for Relief from Stay is granted and this appeal is stayed pending further order of this court. Within 30 days of the date of this order appellee shall file a status report, referencing the present order, and advising this court of the status of the proceedings on the motion in the bankruptcy court. If the bankruptcy court renders an order on appellee's motion, appellee shall file acopy of the order with this court.
