Case numbers 2D14-4242, 2D14-4471, 2D15-1441, and 2D15-1443 were voluntarily dismissed by Petitioner.Case numbers 2D13-2704, 2D14-1760, 2D14-3027, 2D15-4919, and 2D19-1693 were dismissed for failure to prosecute or otherwise comply with this court's orders.Case numbers 2D14-1712, 2D17-3113, 2D20-2174, and 2D21-0209 were dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In case numbers 2D14-1134, 2D14-3177, 2D15-0861, 2D15-0863, 2D15-0867, 2D15-0868, 2D15-5569, and 2D19-0514, this court denied Petitioner's petitions for writ of prohibition. In case 2D14-5495, this court transferred Petitioner's prohibition petition to the appropriate circuit court.In case numbers 2D14-1735, 2D14-3066, and 2D19-4480, this court denied Petitioner's petitions for writ of mandamus.In 2D19-3961, this court dismissed Petitioner's certiorari petition. In 2D19-4986, this court denied Petitioner's certiorari petition. In 2D19-4275, this court denied Petitioner's petition for the writs of mandamus, prohibition, and quo warranto. "[A]ny citizen . . . abuses the right to pro se access by filing repetitious and frivolous pleadings, thereby diminishing the ability of the courts to devote their finite resources to the consideration of legitimate claims." State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47, 48 (Fla. 1999). Petitioner's repeated meritless filings burden the limited resources of this court and interfere with the resolution of genuine disputes. In view of his numerous meritless filings, Petitioner shall show cause within twenty days of the date of this order why this court should not direct the clerk of this court to reject any pleadings related to the lower tribunal case numbers identified in this order unless the filing is related to a pending case or submitted by a licensed Florida Attorney. |
