Complaint What Happened	To Whom This May Concern, I applied for a refi loan through Absolute Mortgage and Lending with lender named XXXX XXXX. XXXX originally told me that an appraisal on my residential property is NOT needed. However, XXXX weeks later he told me that underwriting required an appraisal on the home. XXXX told me I have to pay for the appraisal fee of {$590.00} but I didnt sign an intent to proceed form. Thus, the process took so long. I went with another lender and got the clear to close in 3 days!!! Im writing to request Absolute Mortgage and Lending to reimburse me the full appraisal amount of {$590.00}.
