As I stated before : I am a victim of identity theft. I recently learned that my personal information was used to open an account at your company. I did not open or authorize this account, and I request that it be closed immediately. Please send me written confirmation that I am not responsible for charges on this account, and take appropriate steps to remove information about this account from my credit files.
I have enclosed a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report. Because the information you are reporting is the result of identity theft, and inaccurate, I request that you stop reporting this information to the CRAs, as directed by section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ). XX/XX/2019, a personal check was mailed to Best Egg in the amount of {$4400.00} to close my account. I did the same with many others creditors and all accounts were closed but Best Egg.
XX/XX/2019, after noticing the funds were not withdrawn from my bank account, I contacted Best Egg and was told by an employee the check was not yet received and that I will be charged a late fee of XXXX dollars every three days if they don't have their payment. Therefore I now owe them XXXX dollars because, " It's been 6 days since my due date. '' XX/XX/2019, I contacted Best Egg and was told they just check got the check and will post later in the day.
XX/XX/2019, I contacted Best Egg and was told the check was received on XX/XX/2019, but was not sure why it was not posted, " We'll make sure it's posted. '' Today, XX/XX/2019 and the check is still not posted.
This is an attempt to try and collect more funds through late payment fees. Their actions are unprofessional, deceptive and dishonest.

On XXXX XXXX , 2017 I looked logged into the website by Bestegg to see if I was qualified and what my rates would by ONLY. On their page where I entered my information, it stated that to check rates and to see if you are qualified your credit WILL NOT be affected. My credit was affected immediately! I was alerted within 2 minutes that my credit was affected. I called the customer service department of Bestegg and was assured that my credit was not affected. I received a call 1 week later by a customer agent from Bestegg asking if I was still interested in the loan. At this time I explained how upset I was about the false advertisement and how my credit was affected when I read on their front page that my credit would NOT be affected by just checking rates and to see if I qualified for a loan. If you do not accept their loan then your credit is not affected!! This agent seemed to be genuine and was going to pass my complaint on to her supervisor and I would receive a call from this person and 1 1/2 m onths later I am still waiting while my credit is looking awful as I am always working hard to keep it perfect. This is not a company that I would ever work with after I was a victim of fraud and lied to b y two differe nt individuals within this company. I am due some type of restitution for causing my credit score to rise against my will leading me to have to w ait to refinance my mortgage until this is removed from my credit. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' 15 USC 1681 section604 a section 2 " any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' The financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies do not have my consent to furnish my information and they do not have my written consent.15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) I do not consent and revoke any and all verbal, non-verbal, written, implied, all assumptions to disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third-party " 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at anytime. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

I am hearing impaired and I have contacted Best Egg multiple times regrading unauthorized transactions on my credit card. I have faxed them multiple times as I can not call them because of being hearing impaired. I have received no emails or letters in the mail just countless phone calls everyday to collect because the account is now past due and has occurred late fee 's. They will report late payments on my perfect credit reports all for an error they will not acknowledge via the letters I faxed to them to dispute this balance.

I have contacted Bestegg Credit card account about an account that appears on my credit report thats not mine and has me as an authorized user. I never applied for this account and instructed them to take me out of their system and remove it from my credit report.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S. Code 1681 ) says ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. So whenever there is a violation under the FCRA, it impairs the efficiency of the banking system. This is a violation of my privacy with my consumer report, since I control what is listed and what is not. In the event that any accounts are reported without my written consent, that is considered identity theft. This is a violation of both 15 U.S. Code 1681b ( 2 ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2. This leads way to civil liability against the credit reporting agency for negligent and willful noncompliance under 15 U.S. Code 1681n, which allows for {$1000.00} per violation, for account listed without my expressed written consent.

Firstly, I want to emphasize that I did not place an online order with XXXX XXXX. The receipt provided by your bank indicates that the order was delivered to my address, which is incorrect. This order was, in fact, an in-store pick-up at an XXXX XXXX located in XXXX , Florida. The receipt should reflect this information accurately in order to prevent any further confusion.
Upon contacting XXXX XXXX directly, I was informed that the order in question was indeed an in-store pick-up, as I had previously stated. The pick-up person was required to present their driver 's license, and the order was under the name of " XXXX. '' It is essential to note that I am not associated with this name or any online XXXX XXXX account. Therefore, the receipt provided by your bank, indicating my personal information and an incorrect telephone number, is misleading and erroneous.
In addition, the receipt contains conflicting sections. While one part claims to be a proof of delivery, another section states that the number of delivery packages is zero, and the date of delivery is not available. This inconsistency further highlights the unreliability of the receipt as proof of delivery.
Considering the above discrepancies, I kindly request that you reevaluate the information provided and reconsider the validity of the receipt as proof of delivery. I have called and messaged the company to reduce my monthly payment as I have lost my job. The company told me that I can stop making payments until an XXXX but Interest accrues every day so now I owe more than I borrowed. I lost my job and am barely making it, if I cant pay the loan I cant pay the accruing interest. This seems like a very unfair and unethical practice.

Best Egg Financial has not allowed me to access my credit card log in for months. I alerted them to the issue more than 3 months ago and to this day they have not resolved it. I am unable to access anything ... statements, transactions, payments etc.
There continue to be transactions that I can not verify I even made because they refuse to fix the issue. Everytime I try to log into my account I get an error message for 3 MONTHS!

My first card was never received. I reported it to the company best egg and when I received the statement there was 4 purchase that I did not do. I let them know regarding they said would fixed the issues. Once they told me they fixed the issues I used the card without looking at the statement. When the next statement came thouse purchase were never disputed.

Please consider this a formal request to investigate and correct the following inaccurate items on my credit report issued by your agency. These items must be removed in order to show my true credit history. I make this request pursuant to15 USC Section 1681i of the Fair Credit Reporting Act of 1997. As required by the Act, I demand that you re-verify each of these items, and that the inaccurate items be deleted from my record.

2. Multiple late payments marked when not Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you have thirty ( 30 ) days from your receipt of this letter to re-verify these entries. According to this law, failure to re-verify these items within thirty ( 30 ) days constitutes reason to drop the information from my file.
Also, 15 USC Section 1681i ( d ) requires that you notify me when the items have been deleted. Under 15 USC Section 1681j, there should be no charge for this notification or for the corrected copy of my report. Finally, please send me the names and addresses of all individuals you contacted so that I may follow up with them directly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I XXXX XXXX personal information has be stolen around the beginning of the year XXXX. During the beginning of XXXX I contacted XXXX while XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was XXXX and unable to work, or take care of myself, I required XXXX XXXX XXXX, same as I provided for my clients. the entire duration of my illiness I had no control over my personal information and was taken advantage of by various individuals, as an result of being XXXX XXXX, someone used my personal information to open fraudulent accounts, such as a personal loan, and a medical account that provides XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I can not name names, do to the fact that I was in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The result of the misuse of my personal information im now a victim of identy theft and fraud, this is the second time that I have experience this, since XXXX when my information was apart of a data breach by XXXX XXXX.
This has caused great discord and inconvenience. Company never verified the account information prior to submitting it to my credit report.
