Complaint What Happened What Happened : On XX/XX/year>, I discovered that Pay Tomorrow Finance is reporting a late payment for the month of XX/XX/year> across all three major credit bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). This is despite my account with Pay Tomorrow Finance being fully paid off since XX/XX/year>. I contacted Pay Tomorrow Finance on XX/XX/year>, and spoke with an agent named XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX During this call, XXXX confirmed that my account has a zero balance and expressed uncertainty about why the company is reporting my account as delinquent. She also stated she would send me an email regarding the issue. While I received her email, it lacked a reference number and did not address the erroneous reporting. This false information has caused significant harm to my credit score, which has dropped substantially due to XXXX XXXX Finances inaccurate reporting. Despite having no outstanding balance, the company continues to report a late payment, which is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ). Amounts Involved : My account balance was {$0.00} as of XX/XX/year>. The reported late payment for XX/XX/year> is inaccurate and unjustified. My credit score has dropped by [ state approximate number of points, if known ] as a result of this false reporting. Actions Taken : XXXX. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, to dispute the inaccurate reporting. XXXX. I requested immediate correction of the error, but no corrective action has been taken so far. XXXX. I have also sent a formal demand letter to Pay Tomorrow Finance requesting correction and compensation for damages caused by their actions.

Complaint What Happened There are many issues that have arose from using this company up to their deceptive advertising not letting you know you are entering in a lease and then once the lease is payed you enter into a loan. To their calling procedures you answer their call and its dead silent for 5 seconds and then hung up and you have no idea who it is. As well there agreements that confuse consumers and are not properly disclosed or discussed. I purchased tires for a total of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX I didnt receive item till XX/XX/XXXX I entered into a lease agreement well a 90 day buy out option is XXXX plus what I already would have paid if I didnt do the buyout I would have to enter into a loan to purchase the product that was false advertising. I was never provided any disclosures when signing the agreement and when the loan agreement was signed I was never provided my truth in lending act disclosure my privacy act was violated I never gave permission/consent on my lease agreement to report to credit bureaus as the lease and loan are to separate documents I believe many laws have been broken including the FCRA Also they have reported to the credit bureau that I am 120 past due when I fell into a hardship to due to covid and being hospitalized a little while after that and XXXX XXXX as well identity theft I spoke to a gentleman that said make the 150 dollar payment and we will not be reporting to the credit agency we will work with you so I did that and they started debiting my accounts normally bi weekly well to due my identity my bank accounts were accessed and as well as my emails I was forced to freeze my debit accounts and credit reports I tried to let them know when they called but It was a robo caller and just hung up but how can I be 120 days past due if I have been making all my payments except for the times of my hardships.also you cant even see your statements on your portal at all I have provided all the documentation to show them of hardships and after a year and some time they start reporting on my lease that I never consented to or disclosed to. A soft credit pull was pulled on my account I was not able to shop around as I was unaware that I was applying for both a lease and a loan with a interest rate of 16 % this reminds me of when I had XXXX XXXX and there practices but worse..I was only in stage 1 ( lease agreement )

Complaint What Happened On XX/XX/2018, I purchased a computer from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Wisconsin. The company used XXXX for its customer financing. My loan was shopped to several companies, including XXXX, XXXX, KRW Associates, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and more ). I made the downpayment and monthly payments through XXXX. I have been receiving debt collection calls for a LEASE from KRW Associates after making {$930.00} in payments against a debt of {$1100.00}. I did not take out a lease, I applied for a loan. None of the paperwork that I was provided at the time said anything about a lease, or anything about KRW Associates being the backend loan provider for my purchase. In addition, when I looked up KRW Associates online to contact them, it is an Executive Search firm and a payday lender out of XXXX, NC. My purchase loan application made through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was transmogrified between these companies and KRW Associates, without the information being communicated back to me until now -- nearly a year AFTER I made the purchase. In addition, emails from KRW Associates that should show what I owe will not open on any computer or mobile device - it is as if they send corrupted electronic communications to hide what was being done. It wasn't until after I missed a payment that I got any notification that KRW was attempting to collect on a LEASE. This is a bait-and-switch fraud and KRW refuses to fix the account or work with XXXX or XXXX XXXX to clarify they had intended for my purchase finance to be a lease ( which is why I am now making this complaint ). I have attempted to fix this on my own for two months now, and am at a loss.
