The south-east side exit illumination levels were 0.0-0.1 foot-candles on the exterior and 0.6 foot-candles in the interior, while the south exit discharge were an average of 0.5 foot-candles for the parking areas, and 0.26 foot-candles for the building surroundings. b) Bulk Building: On or about 10/7/2021, the employer did not ensure that each exit route was adequately lighted, in that, the illumination levels in the material handling working activities such as loading and trucking areas were found to be in an average of 1.5 foot-candles.
