Complaint What Happened In XX/XX/XXXX, in South Carolina, I was involved in a motorcycle accident. I had full coverage on my motorcycle, provided by XXXX. I am also a XXXX XXXX and was at the time of the accident as well. I was transported to the emergency room by ambulance, in XXXX, SC. Instead of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charging either my XXXXXXXX XXXX coverage or my motorcycle insurance, they charged me. I have been at bat with this company for the last XXXX years. Most recently on, or about XX/XX/XXXX, I had a XXXX XXXX representative speak to " Receivable Solutions '' on my behalf in a conference call with myself, the representative, and the agent from Receivable Solutions. The agent, who would not even give me his name, told me that they billed me. The XXXX Affairs confirmed, they never received a bill. If they had received the bill at the time, it would have been paid. The VA representative asked for this " medical debt '' to be taken from my credit report, due to the billing issue caused by " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' and not me, the XXXX XXXX. The other reason was the age of this medical debt. The agent was probably one of the most rude individuals I have ever had the unluckiness to speak to. He would not budge, from where Receivable Solutions was standing. He insulted me and the representative from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. This was a billing issue with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they could have easily billed my insurance or billed the XXXX Affairs. I was just in a XXXX XXXX, I had no control over what paperwork that needed to be filled out. I had no cognitive function at the time to be capable of fixing this discrepancy. Since then, I have tried my hardest to get this off my credit report. I had not XXXX, but XXXX fail safes in place for medical at the time of this accident. INSURANCE VIA XXXX and XXXX XXXX VIA THE XXXX XXXX. They billed me, a XXXX XXXX Instead of billing my XXXX XXXX benefits or my motorcycle insurance. I want this resolved, it has held me back long enough. They are now saying my taxes will be garnished for not paying the medical bill. This was their own fault for taking advantage of an individual who was just in a XXXX XXXX and could not speak. You would think if an individual comes into an XXXX XXXX via XXXX, they would assume that the person had at a minimum vehicle insurance. A XXXX XXXX, who signed the blank check, has a medical bill issue and is getting harrassed every day, I guess this is the America my brothers died for.
