Complaint What Happened	I started services with National Care Credit on XX/XX/2021, the company charged me fees upfront before any services were rendered. According to Fair Credit Reporting statutes 15 US Code 1679 ( 4 b no credit repair organization may charge or receive money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the credit repair organization has agreed to perform for any consumer before such service is fully performed ). Since XX/XX/2021 we have paid this company {$750.00} and have not seen any progress on our report. I called them at the beginning of XXXX to cancel services and they basically told me they will charge me again on XX/XX/XXXX for services even though I canceled. I do not want this company taking out any more money from my account, and am requesting a full refund for services not rendered.
