Complaint What Happened Lender terms misrepresented and charged excessive amount of interest that was impossible to be repaid. I tried to make a settlement arrangement but they refused and had to incur penalties and fees for terminating bank account to stop the harassing withdrawals. Representative did not accurately explain terms. Disclosures were intentionally confusing and misleading. They have since hired a collection agency who is now attempting to collect the Unfair, deceptive and abusive terms of the loan.

Complaint What Happened I DO NOT OWE MIDWEST FIDELITY A XXXX. This is some crooked attorney that thinks he can add WHATEVER HE WANTS AND TURN IT OVER TO A DEBT COLLECTOR. I will NEVER PAY THIS AND THIS HAD NEVER BEEN OWNED BY MIDWEST FIDELITY. This needs to be TAKEN OFF MY CREDIT REPORT BEFORE I GET AN ATTORNEY AND HAVE THIS GO INTO A COURT ROOM. XXXX XXXX This is fraudulent and unacceptable. This was supposed to be done a year ago.

This loan was fraudulent because apparently someone took out this loan falsely using my personal information. I have submitted my police report both to Midwest Fidelity and XXXX XXXX.
