ORDERED that the above styled cases are consolidated for appellate review and the case shall proceed under 4D2024-1149 as a non-final appeal of an order that determines the right to immediate possession of property. Fla.R.App.P. 9.130(a)(C)(ii). Further,
ORDERED that, within twenty (20) days from the date of this order, Appellant shall file an initial brief and appendix addressing the February 23, 2024 order requiring payment of funds into the court registry and the April 8, 2024 final judgment for removal of tenant. Appellant's appendix shall include, but not be limited to the complaint, the answer and counterclaims, all relevant orders, and transcripts of all relevant hearings. The clerk of the lower tribunal shall not transmit a record on appeal unless ordered by this court.
Additional briefing shall be as provided in the appellate rules. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(e); Fla. R. App. P. 9.210.
