At the jobsite, the tubular framed walkthrough type scaffolding had 3 boards of planking that covered approximately 28 inches between the uprights leaving an area approximately 11 inches wide without planking, exposing an employee to a 6 foot 11 inch fall hazard, on or about 2/3/16. b. At the jobsite, the folding trestle type scaffolding had a single board of planking that covered approximately 9-1/4 inches between the framing legs leaving an area approximately 16 inches wide without planking, exposing employees to a 5 foot fall hazard, on or about 2/3/16. |
