Complaint What Happened My Adult son was on my medical insurance and the deductible/balanced owed was billed to me not him. He sought medical services and signed the authorization for treatment/payment. I tried multiple times to get this corrected but the company refused to correct their billing information. The bill was paid, however the company refuses to remove it from my credit report. I have tried to dispute it will all XXXX reporting bureaus, however I am being told that because the insurance was in my name I was ultimately responsible for the late payment/collection action. All XXXX credit reporting services refuse to remove it ( last dispute XX/XX/2011 ) because they say the company validated the debt.
