There is a company calling with different numbers saying they are a tax debt relief service. I currently work directly with the IRS and HAVE REPEATEDLY told them to stop contacting me. Sometimes they call me 3 times in a row without fail. When I tell them to stop they just ignore me and keep doing it. Please help me. My number has been registered several times including all the way back to 2004. I would like these calls to stop immediately.
They use numbers like XXXX and XXXX and so many more.

I enrolled into this program with understanding that after making six months of deposits that I would obtain a loan from XXXX XXXX in order to settle all of my debts. I would not have signed up for this program unless I could obtain this loan. I called several times during the six months to ensure I was on track. The company is now saying that I may have to 8 or 9 months. This was not the expectation and they are not giving me any other reason. My credit score has signficiantly dropped and the Company is not telling me why I don't qualify. I've heard reasons such as credit scores which makes no sense since they told me my credit would initially drop. They never answer my request for a call-back and I have to call. I'm starting to think XXXX XXXX doesn't exist and they lied to me in order to get my business.

I enrolled with National Debt relief with the understanding that after six months on time payments I would qualify for a loan from a Company within the same XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please note that National Debt Relief and XXXX XXXX are the same company but XXXX XXXX is just a separate division. From the moment I enrolled, I've asked what I needed to do in order to qualify for a loan. I was told numerous time that it happens at the six-month mark and depends on your on-time payments. I asked questions about is it based on credit and is based on accounts and on more than one occasion within the six months they told me it automatically happens and it's not based on any of these factors. On the six month mark, I was told I did not qualify and was not provided a response from National Debt as to why I didn't qualify. The only reason I entered the program is because I was led to believe after the six months I would qualify for a loan to settle my debts. I am passed the six month mark and I'm still not sure as to why I don't qualify. I've called and tried to escalate the matter or even asked for a refund of the fees and National Debt will not allow me. I feel that my concerns about misleading have not made it to the appropriate level within the Company.
