On or about December 18, 2019 two employees of HillSouth, Inc. a sub-contractor to Hi-Tech Commercial Contractors, LLC, were setting king studs at the window openings of the second floor of a commercial structure and were not protected by guardrails, mid-rails, safety nets, or personal fall protection exposing them to falls in excess of 14 feet to the ground below. |
