Complaint What Happened Applied for what we thought was financing for a loan, ended up being a loan officer who in fact does not work for or at a bank. He ran our credit and claimed he had numerous options for us and made an appointment for us to come see him, we were told to gather tons of financial paperwork that we would need. We went to see him on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX and after he learned we were a family of XXXX and that my income was from XXXX, he suddenly had no options for us, told us XXXX people was " too many '' and that he couldnt help us. I'm not sure what family size or my XXXX income should be deciding factors on getting a loan. Now since he has run my credit dropping my score down, I will now be required to wait months for my score to bounce back, before I can attempt to apply again.
