This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive and unfair practices of the FDCPA which prohibits. They furnish this account that we didnt agree upon and I didn't sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it, more so they didnt follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which makes this unfair practices. According to FDCPA Im entitled to {$1000.00} per violation and clearly they violated my rights.
I am not liable for this debt and do not have a contract with them. They have not provided me with any of the documents I continuously ask for.

Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( " CFPB '' ), I am filing this complaint against Marcadis Singer P.A. ( Marcadis ) and XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( DNF ) for willful violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), the Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act ( XXXX ), and other applicable laws.
Marcadis and XXXX engaged in unfair and deceptive practices by filing a frivolous lawsuit against me, falsely alleging that I owe a debt of {$7000.00}. The lawsuit was signed by XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collector, who has no legal standing to sue me. Despite my repeated requests, neither Marcadis nor XXXX has provided proof of ownership or a valid chain of title for the alleged debt. Their actions constitute unlawful and deceptive practices under state and federal law.
Furthermore, prior to these actions, I never provided consent for either Marcadis or XXXX to contact me. Their actions constitute an intrusion upon my seclusion and an infringement of my right to privacy. They unlawfully obtained and used my identifying information without my knowledge or lawful consent.
Under duress and intimidation, I was coerced into making payments totaling {$800.00}. They threatened harm if I did not comply with their frivolous lawsuit. This coercion, combined with their refusal to provide proper documentation, has caused me significant emotional distress, humiliation, and financial harm.
I demand that Marcadis and XXXX immediately refund the {$800.00} collected through their unlawful practices and cease all further collection efforts. I will no longer participate in this illegitimate proceeding and will pursue legal action for the violation of my rights under applicable laws.

I submitted a letter asking XXXX/ DNF Associates to validate the debt. Neither XXXX/DNF Associates sent any information showing my signature on any contract that was sign with either of them. DNF Associated mail me a letter asking for a payment in the amount of {$150.00} as of this day I have n't received anything. I even sent a dispute to the XXXX credit bureaus asking for the same information and I have yet to receive it. XXXX said it was verified I asked how what documents were produce. XXXX XXXX XXXX representative " XXXX XXXX '' has called me at work on multiple occasions. If I am not working on a specific day she will contact my workplace everyday until she reaches me. The collection agency also has my personal number for which I have cooperated with them and attempted to set up a repayment plan to resolve my debt. I have asked that they do not call my work after setting up the repayment plan and XXXX XXXX agreed that she would remove my number. This is a matter that my colleagues at work should not need to hear discussed as it is embarrassing. After submitting my verbal request XXXX XXXX continues to call my workplace stating she hasn't been able to get in touch with me by phone. Subject : Formal Complaint against DNF Associates I am writing to file a formal complaint againstDNF Associates for violating my consumer rights as outlined by the Consumer Financial Protection Act. Without the necessary notice, DNF Associatesa collection on my consumer file and failed to inform me of my right to dispute this debt.
I revoke all communication channels with DNF Associates and insist on written correspondence only.
In accordance with my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), I request thatDNF Associates provide a purchase order agreement with the original creditor. The accuracy of the account data is concerning, as the agreement may include clauses that suggest potential inaccuracies. If DNF Associates can not provide this documentation, I demand the immediate removal of the account from my credit report.

DNF Associatesviolated 12 CFR 1006.34 ( d ), 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ), 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ), and 15 USC 1681-s 2 ( 7 ) ( A ). I demand the prompt removal of this collection from my credit report and trust that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will investigate and address these violations.

Collection Agency DNF ASSOCIATES has not provided validation information under 12 CFR 1006-34 ( b ) ( 5 ), but yet they placed a collection in my consumer report.
I have not been given a chance to dispute account according to 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( 1 ) collection agency is violating my consumer right by using false misleading, misrepresentation and deceptive means.
This Collection agency has no authority to furnish any account to any consumer reporting agencies without providing any and all disclosures required by law, and they are in clear violation of 12 CFR 1006.34 ( d ) and 15 USC 1681-S 2 ( 7 ) ( A )

I found out I am being sued because I have been receiving advertisement by law firms stating that I am being sued by a company called DNF Associates llc I have contacted them and was referred to another company and phone number where no one answers I have faxed them called them, and emailed them and to date I do not know who is suing me, or why. No one has informed me, or never contacted me as to who they are, and what the debt is for or how much is owed. I believe prior to submitting a lawsuit against me I had the right to know what the debt is for how much, and if the debt is mine try to make a payment arrangement. What they have done is unfair, and the only way I was able to find out about it is through advertisement The phone number I keep trying to call the one listed on their lawsuit is XXXX, and there is never an answer

Received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX ( DNF Assoicates LLC ) date XX/XX/2019. I responded with a debt validation letter on XX/XX/2019 ( certified delivery via usps tracking # XXXX ). I asked them to validate and to also cease communication except via mail. Someone called my cell phone today from their company stating they sent me a letter in the mail ; I haven't received anything. I will be filing suit for FDCPA violations.
