Complaint What Happened	Please be advised this is my THIRD WRITTEN REQUEST asking to remove the account listed below that remain on my credit report in violation of 15 U.S.C. ss 1681. Reporting inaccurate and unsubstantiated information to a credit reporting agency may constitute fraud under federal law. The information that Emerald AR Systems claimed to forward on XX/XX/18 CFPB complaint # : XXXX has never been received via mail or using CFPB. You have ignored my request to provide me with the documents that you have in your files that you used to validate the disputed account which means that you have NOT validated or you can not validate this account and under section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA- you are required to " promptly DELETE information which you can not validate. '' The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and remedy available to me for " negligent noncompliance '' ( Section 617 ) if you fail to comply with this Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and following accounts be validated immediately. A copy of this complaint as well as copies of the three previously written letters sent to you by certified mail with proof of delivery will also become part of a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They will also be submitted as evidence in pending litigation provided you fail to comply with this complaint. Once again, the law is very clear as to the civil liability and the remedy available to me ( Section 616 & 617 ) if you fail to comply with Federal Law. I intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with Emerald AR Systems. I have never done business with this company. I am not liable for collection from this debt from XXXX XXXX. I am not responsible for this debt with Emerald AR Systems. Due to your continued willful disregard of the law I intend to pursue litigation in accordance with the FCRA to seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I may be entitled to under Section 616 and Section 617 if the item listed is not removed from my credit report within 10 days.

Complaint What Happened	Its evident that Emerarld AR System do n't have proper documentation to collect this invalid debt. I do have access to files that were not signed by me, because I do n't recall signing any documents ; which is why I 'm requesting the documents that " I signed '' from Emerald AR System. I have the right to request documentation with my " physical signature ; '' as identity theft is at an all time high. Feel free to respond to this complaint with '' XXXX RELEASE '' - Medical records and or Documents signed by me. If Emerald AR System have a right to collect, they have a duty to produce legitimate validation. Until I receive documentation requested ; my HIPPA rights are being violated. The attached forms does not show any signatures provided from Emerald AR System THIS IS NOT MY DEBT I am aware of my rights. As such, under Section 809 ( b ) collection efforts must cease until verification is obtained- including pursuing this debt through an authorized representative to collect on this alleged debt. At this time we will also inform you that your offices have reported invalidated information the 3 major Credit Bureaus ( XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ) and this action could constitute fraud under both Federal and State Laws. Due to this fact, if any negative mark is found on any credit reports belonging to either of us by your company, the company you have authorized to collect or the company that you represent seven days from the date of this notice, we will not hesitate in bringing legal action against you for the following : * Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act * Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act * Defamation of Character During this validation period, if any action is taken which could be considered detrimental to any of our credit reports, we will consult with our legal counsel for suit. This includes any listing of information to a credit reporting repository that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate when in fact there is no provided proof that it is. If your offices fail to respond to this validation request within 5 days from the date of your receipt, all references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately. I would also like to request, in writing, that no telephone contact be made by your offices to my home or to my places of employment. If your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer generated calls and calls or correspondence sent to or with any third parties, it will be considered harassment and I will have no choice but to file suit. All future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter by XXXX. This is an attempt to correct your records, any information obtained shall be used for that purpose.

Complaint What Happened	I do not have a signed contract nor any contract with EMERALD AR SYSTEMS. I have never done business with this company. I am not liable for collection from this debt from XXXX XXXX. I am not responsible for this debt with EMERALD AR SYSTEMS. Also upon further review of my own I discovered this company is not licensed nor bonded in the state of Florida to collect any debt. I am in receipt of my credit report dated on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and I am for certain that I do not owe your company any money. For starters, I have never done business with you. In fact, I had never heard of your company until having received my credit profile. What I find strange is your attempt to settle the debt with me when I do not owe you any money in the first place! Please see this as me disputing this alleged debt with your company as well as requesting debt VALIDATION. You have more than enough time for your company to send me and CFPB legal supporting documents bearing that I 've done some type of business with you, HENCE OWING YOU MONEY. This is not my debt. Since this " UNKNOWN '' debt appears to have been sold to a collection agency anyway. The contract should be CANCELLED!
