Dynamic Recovery Solutions is a SCAM company and XXXX XXXX is a SCAMMER! Collection agency SCAM! In XXXX of 2021 XXXX a collection agency reported a collection account on my credit report. After requesting proof, I owed this debt they deleted the account from my credit report. Now Dynamic Recovery Solutions has sent me a letter trying to collect the alleged debt. This is a SCAM, and this action is an attempt to intimidate me. If XXXX had no right to collect this debt, why now does Dynamic Recovery Solutions state on this collection letter that they have a right to collect this debt. This is a XXXX and a form of intimidation to ruin my credit. Dynamic Recovery Solutions is a SCAM company and XXXX XXXX is a SCAMMER!

My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am a US citizen.
I am making a complaint about the company DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS because it has withdrawn money from my bank account on several occasions in order to collect a medical debt from more than 7 years ago.
Here I tell the story : This debt originated from some medical procedures on my XXXX that I underwent. Willing to pay later. On XX/XX/2016, I had a work accident which left me unable to work for several years. I also had to undergo urgent surgeries on the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. After this I have been going through a difficult financial period. I called them several times in order to work out a split payment agreement for monthly payments and they never agreed. They wanted me to pay off the debt completely in one payment which was impossible for me.
On many occasions they threatened to affect my credit, sue me, take me to court and take money from my bank account ( which they did ).
On many occasions that I spoke with them, they did not have anyone to speak XXXX or to translate for me to be able to communicate properly, for which I felt greatly discriminated against.
Right now they just took money out of my account ( {$490.00} ) with a processing fee of {$120.00} which was part of my money to pay my rent. The previous year they also withdrew a similar amount from my bank account.
They did not even send a notice about the withdrawal of the money.
I am the head of the family : wife and XXXX children ( XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who have been affected due to this withdrawal of money.

I received a telephone call in XXXX of XXXX from Dynamic Recovery Solutions concerning a debt from XXXX that I had no knowledge of. They sent me a letter that I had a " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX' account ending in XXXX, last statement dated XX/XX/XXXX showing a balance of {$9200.00}. I have no knowledge of this account and have in fact never even been in a XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had to XXXX it to find out what it was. I will attach their letter and the letter I am sending the collections agency in response. The alleged debt also clearly exceeds the statute of limitations on debt collection based on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C. ss. 1962 et seq.

I have disputes this debt numerous times with XXXX credit bureaus, and also have sent numerous notarized letters to this company, I have never receive a response back, and before I get to the point that I can't no longer dispute on the bureau anymore and contacting this company is very frustrating, they have three addresses listed and I've sent numerous notarized letters to all three addresses to let them know that I am disputing this debt because it does not belongs to me, but I never receive a reply from the company. I don't know this company and I have never done any business with them. I have never receive any letters or email or phone calls from this company that mess up my perfect credit I have been keeping up with over the years with credit cards and loans with their fraud collection, I called the hospital they put cause I have not been there, they said they have nothing on me, try to contact the collection agencies, I have put everything on hold to get this resolves but no action is taking place on this company part to remove this. They need to remove this ASAP. DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS is violating my consumer rights under 15 U.S. Code Chapter 41 - SUBCHAPTER VDEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES.
DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS have used abusive, deceptive, and unfair debt collection practices.
DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS have violated my consumer right to privacy, I NEVER gave them any my information directly and DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS has committed the crime of IDENTITY THEFT.
I am a consumer and natural person of the United States of America and my consumer rights have been violated and I demand a quick and proper resolution.
I am holding the DYNAMIC RECOVERY SOLUTIONS civilly liable for their gross negligence. Attached is an affidavit of fact that includes the FDCPA violations and resolution.

On XXXX of XXXX, Dynamic Recovery Solutions reported a debt to my credit report for {$350.00} from XXXX Hospital. I was never a patient aXXXX XXXX Hospital, nor have I ever stepped foot into XXXX Hospital, so I disputed the debt through XXXX as not my debt. XXXX came back and stated the debt collector stated it was mine through a bill, so they were not going to remove the debt. On XXXX I mailed a debt validation letter through certified mail ( XXXX tracking # XXXX ) to Dynamic Recovery Solutions and they received the certified letter on XXXX. After XXXX days of no response from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, I mailed a second debt validation letter through certified mail on XXXX ( XXXX tracking # XXXX ) and they received it on XXXX. Still with receiving no response from Dynamic Recovery Solutions, I contacted them via phone on XXXX. After speaking with a representative of their company, they advised me they did not have the documents to validate the debt and that they were waiting on the documents from XXXX Hospital. I asked them to remove the debt from my credit report because they did not validate the debt within XXXX days of the first letter I sent, which they stated they did receive and the representative stated they would not and theyre waiting on the documents from XXXX Hospital . At this time they have no validation of me being at XXXX Hospital, they do not have any documents with my signature on them accepting or approving treatment, and they have nothing stating I agreed to pay any bill with XXXX Hospital. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I received a phone call from ( XXXX ) XXXX. I answered the phone and a male voice answered. He asked for XXXX XXXX and I said yes. He then began to say that he had information regarding a financial matter but needed to verify my identity before he could proceed. He then asked for the last 4 digits of my social security number. I asked what it was in regards to, because I was not comfortable giving out that information over the phone to a stranger. He responded again that it was for a financial matter but he could not yet tell me without confirming my identity. He then stated that he had my full social security number on file in front of him and then recited the last 4 digits asking me to confirm. He then proceeded to recite my entire mailing address. I asked if he was so unsure of my identity that he could not tell me why he was calling, why did he feel that it was okay to give out my social security number and mailing address over the phone. He responded that it was their policy to confirm identity that way, and told me that nobody could do anything with just the last 4 of my social security but agreed that my mailing address should be private. I asked for the name of the company and he responded Dynamic Recovery Solutions. I got very angry and told him that he should not be giving out my personal information over the phone, what if it was not me then they would have my information, and I told him that I would not be continuing the call and that I would be filing a formal complaint. I find it very discomforting that a company with access to sensitive information has a policy in place where it can be so readily shared over the phone.

Complaint What Happened |
I contacted Dynamic Recovery Solutions who is collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I spoke to a XXXX XXXX. Upon I asking for proof of debt, proof that they are licensed and bonded in my state she began to get annoyed and very nasty to the point that when I asked to allow to state that I was requesting certain documents for the record she stated that she does't have listen to me and hung up. AT no point was she able to tell me the date of first delinquency, license number, she basically only wanted to collect money. She never informed me that I can dispute this information. I then was upset and called back and spoke to customer service supervisor XXXX XXXX. I explained the situation and that I wanted her to correct XXXX XXXX conduct and how she violated my right under the FCRA. I also informed her that I was going to file a compliant with the FTC and CFBP.
