On XX/XX/XXXX I went into a XXXX XXXX location to open a new XXXX account after 17 years with XXXXXXXX. I was doing this because I was receiving an offer that was much better than my current XXXX XXXX XXXX {$80.00} per month vs {$120.00} ). In order to open up my new account I needed to port my cell phone over to XXXX which required a call to XXXX. Over the course of my conversation with XXXX they informed me that my account with them automatically cancels with the port ( I specifically asked because I was ready to cancel separately ), and that despite my account payments being due on the 7th of each month that they do not pro-rate accounts. After confirming on the phone my account was cancelled I continued on with my new service.
Then on XX/XX/XXXX as I was about to make my monthly credit card payment I noticed XXXX had charged me for a monthly payment on XX/XX/XXXX. I called their customer service line to ask for information relating to the charge since I was under the impression that my account was cancelled and the rep on the phone from XXXX informed me that I was correct that my account was cancelled but that she was unable to answer any questions in regards to the charge BECAUSE I was no longer a customer of XXXX and that I would have to go to a XXXX location in XXXX with an ID to get any questions answered about the charge. This is totally confusing to me by the way that a company can charge your credit card and then refuse to answer why they charged it because you are not a customer of theirs ....
For the time being I waited and then on XX/XX/XXXX I noticed I was charged yet again by XXXX so I initiated a dispute with my credit card in regards to the charges that XXXX refused to answer questions about. Then on XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from a company called XXXX XXXX asking for {$290.00} ( the amount of two monthly payments plus {$25.00} each for return payments ), so I finally went over to a XXXX store XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL with my ID to ask why I was still being charged even though my account was cancelled. The in store reps looked up my account, confirmed for me in person that it was cancelled and that they had no idea why I was still being charged. At that point the in store Rep for XXXX called their customer service line to try and get the question answered. While on the phone I was informed that because my account was opened in XXXX that apparently I had been post paying my account all along, so the XX/XX/XXXX payment that XXXX charged me was for XXXX XXXX XXXX and that the XX/XX/XXXX payment was for XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX. I asked why I had previously been told incorrect information and she said she didn't know and that it didn't matter. I then asked if I made the payment for {$290.00} whether the matter would finally be settled and I was told yes. So it was my fault for not knowing I was on a post pay plan so I made the payment ( supporting documentation attached ) in order to move on.
Then and this is where my dispute really starts, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in early XX/XX/XXXX claiming I owed a new debt to XXXX of {$200.00}. I then initiated a dispute directly with them asking what the debt was for as I had closed out my account. Ive attached the letter I then received in response, it appears to be the typed notes of the XXXX Representative I spoke to during the previously mentioned in store visit. The notes are a bit difficult to read but they do confirm my previous conversation along with cancellation and list no other charges due on my account. So I then responded to XXXX XXXX XXXX pointing out the letter they sent me affirmed my version of events and again asked to please provide an explanation/itemization of what money they were claiming I owed XXXX.
Since I then never received a response I had been under the assumption that the matter had been resolved until I received a letter earlier this month from a new debt collector by the name of Frontline Asset Strategies, claiming my account had been credited for {$120.00} and I now owed {$39.00} to XXXX. I then initiated the exact same dispute procedure with them asking to please produce an itemized breakdown of what I owed, why I owed it and the date the charge was added.
Then a week after filing this dispute with them a received a confirmation letter stating that my identity was confirmed and I did owe the money, but once again provided no explanation as to what the money is owed for, no date as to when I had been charged, as well as no information as to why my balance had been lowered. This has been incredibly tedious and I am at a loss for why I have been continually ignored in my requests to provide documentation as to what money I supposedly owe. I can not be harrassed forever by XXXX as they continue to make up charges.

Hi, I have been trying to resolve an account since XX/XX/2021, original creditor is XXXX XXXX for the amount of {$5800.00}. I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 and they sent me to Frontline. When contacting the lender Frontline Asset Strategies ( on XX/XX/2021 ), they couldn't provide accurate information about the account. However, on XX/XX/2021, XXXX XXXX, Collections Supervisor, offered me a settlement for the amount of {$3400.00}. When trying to pay this amount they sent me to the first lender, XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX XXXX, Operations Support Manager at the XXXX XXXX, and they claimed to not have knowledge of the account and sent me back to Frontline. Yesterday, I was contacted by XXXX. XXXX XXXX from Frontline offering me help with the account, but when I called back, they told me that I have to contact XXXX XXXX. They have been " playing this game '' since XX/XX/2021 when I first contacted Frontline Asset Strategies. I am really concerned, worried and having XXXX XXXX about this account and what could happen if both lenders keep avoiding responsibility and denying the account.

Frontline Asset Strategies LLC, sent me, XXXX XXXX, the original creditor, pursuant 15U.S.C 1602 ( G ) a letter I received, dated on XX/XX/22.
In the letter it states XXXX are Original Creditor which is a violation pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692e - False or misleading representations. However, XXXX sold my private information to Frontline Asset Strategies LLC which is aggravated identity theft and theyre using my Social Security number without my authorization which is a violation to the Social Security Act pursuant to 42 U.S. Code 408 - Penalties. This aggravated identity theft as well pursuant to 18 U.S. Code 1028A - Aggravated identity theft ( a ) Offenses.
( 1 ) In general.
Whoever, during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in subsection ( c ), knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 2 years.
( 2 ) Terrorism offense.
Whoever, during and in relation to any felony violation enumerated in section 2332b ( g ) ( 5 ) ( B ), knowingly transfers, possesses, or uses, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person or a false identification document shall, in addition to the punishment provided for such felony, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of 5 years. Just to give you more clarity of the violations you have committed Frontline Asset Strategies LLC.
Please understand in this letter you sent me is a threat telling me if I dont respond by a date, The letter is harassment, annoying, obscene and profane language to me pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692d - Harassment or abuse. You are ruining my life and reputation with your actions and deceptive business practices. I am reporting you to CFBP, FTC, and FCC. It is clear Frontline Strategies LLC are crooks and seeking to take advantage of consumers to rob them and break federal/State laws. It is evident.

I, the consumer and original creditor in fact, are aware of your fraudulent and discriminatory practices while operating as a creditor 15 USC 1602 ( g ). I, the applicant, initiated a Consumer Credit Transaction using my Credit Card 15 USC 1601 ( 1 ) and furthermore, not only did a transaction occur warranting unauthorized use as per 15 USC 1602 ( p ), but the consumer which is myself never benefited.
Let 's be clear, as a consumer, I am federally protected under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Title 15 Chapter 41. and it's saddening to know Frontline Asset Strategies , LLC takes pride in violating basic consumer rights. This company is harassing me for an alleged debt and ruining my reputation as a consumer. I am demanding XXXX from Frontline Strategies Asset for each violation of my consumer rights. Best regards.

The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681 c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. Also they aren't even in compliance with XXXX XXXX credit reporting. I have evidence to prove my case.

I'm a victim of anti theft, I do have a fraud alert at my Credit Report and is freeze because all the awful things people are doing to my credit. Even stolen money from my bank account. I did a Police Report explaining all about what happened to me with proofs. I also contact the Company from XXXX XXXX and I did send a copy of my Police Report and also spoke with an employee from the fraud division, this account was never ever mine, they do remove it from my credit and now is back again on it for God sakes. I'm a woman of XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I lost once my id 's and because of this, I'm having a lot of problems or accounts that dont belongs to me, people are doing a lot to my credit, this is one of them.
