Complaint What Happened Hello, I requested written validation of a debt that National Recovery Agency ( NRA ) claimed I owed, including a detailed bill. Despite multiple follow-ups over several months, NRA failed to provide the requested documentation, citing delays from the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.Frustrated with the lack of progress, I independently contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Both promptly confirmed that the debt was paid in full and expressed amazement that a collection report even existed for this account. Despite this clear evidence, NRA continues to engage in collection activities. These actions appear to violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), including : Failure to provide validation of the debt upon request ( Section 809 ). Attempting to collect a debt that has already been paid.

Complaint What Happened I am filing this complaint due to severe inaccuracies in the reporting of this collection account by National Recovery Agency. Despite my numerous disputes over the past six months, this account continues to be reported with conflicting and erroneous information across credit bureaus. Impossible Date of Account Opening : The account shows an impossible future opening date : XXXX : XX/XX/year> XXXX : XX/XX/year> XXXX : XX/XX/year> Inconsistent Status : XXXX and XXXX list the account as Closed. XXXX reports the account as Open. Balance Inaccuracy : A balance of {$2400.00} is reported despite the status discrepancies. Dispute Status Conflicts : XXXX indicates the account has been deleted. XXXX continues to report it as negative with a dispute status. Lack of Verification : Despite disputing this account multiple times, National Recovery Agency has failed to provide any proof or validation of this debt. This violates my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 15 U.S.C. 1681i, which requires all information reported to be accurate, verifiable, and timely. Given the repeated failures to verify this debt and the clear inaccuracies in reporting, I demand the immediate deletion of this account from all credit reporting agencies. National Recovery Agency 's continued failure to correct these errors is causing unjust harm to my credit profile and is a blatant disregard of federal law.
