Complaint What Happened I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against XXXX XXXX, located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX, AZ XXXX. I believe their actions constitute severe violations of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), and I urge the Federal Trade Commission to investigate their unethical practices. Since I first became aware of their attempts to collect a debt, XXXX XXXX has subjected me and my family to relentless harassment. Despite my explicit requests for them to cease communication, they have continued to bombard me with phone calls and letters. This persistent intrusion has created an unbearable atmosphere of anxiety and distress not just for me, but for my entire family. The emotional and psychological damage inflicted by XXXX XXXX can not be overstated. Their constant threats and unwarranted calls have left me feeling like I am living in a state of constant fear and unease. As a veteran who has dedicated my life to serving this country, it is heartbreaking to find myself in such a vulnerable position, being tormented by an unethical debt collection agency. The stress and XXXX I experience daily have manifested in sleepless nights, panic attacks, and an overwhelming sense of hopelessness. It is disheartening to think that after serving my country, I am now subjected to such harassment. More alarmingly, XXXX XXXX has taken to threatening my son with both criminal and civil penalties, which is not only inappropriate but also deeply distressing. Such tactics are not only unethical but also a blatant violation of the FDCPA, which protects consumers from harassment and intimidation from debt collectors. The emotional toll this has taken on my son can not be overstated, as he is left feeling frightened and distressed by these threats. Additionally, they have involved my ex-wife in their harassment tactics by calling her and making threats, which constitutes a violation of the third-party communication restrictions outlined in the FDCPA. This unwarranted intrusion into my family 's private life has not only exacerbated my mental and emotional suffering but has also disrupted the peace and stability of my household. I feel trapped in a cycle of intimidation that has affected my daily life and overall well-being. XXXX XXXX has succeeded in creating an environment where I feel unsafe and anxious, robbing me of my peace of mind and dignity. I implore the Federal Trade Commission to take immediate action to investigate XXXX XXXX for their unethical and illegal practices. Their blatant disregard for the rights of consumers must not go unchecked, and they should be held accountable for the emotional damage they have inflicted on my family and me. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I look forward to your prompt action and response.

Complaint What Happened A company called XXXX XXXX XXXX has been calling me non stop at all hours of the day and night attempting to collect on a debt from a motor vehicle accident in 2014. At the time of the accident I was XXXX years of age and insured. This company has threatened to illegally garnish my wages as well as be waiting at my house with the police to arrest me on multiple occasions. They have asked for my parents and grandparents names to attempt to collect this debt. The women who spoke to me asking for this information resorted to name calling and personal insults. This is been going on for almost 2 years now and it needs to stop! I have asked them multiple times to stop harassing me and remove my number and they just continue to do it more and more.

Complaint What Happened XX/XX/2023 - I was contacted in the morning by a block or unknown number attempting to solicat information and requesting to identify myself. I requested information on who is calling. They responded " XXXX XXXX ''. I after requested what company are you soliciting from and she replied, " a business ''. I promptly hung up. - The same person called me back, from the unknown number again, stating to want to speak with XXXX XXXX. Finally identifying the company as Recovery Partners. Then began to claim I was involved in an accident while i was not in ownership of a vehicle. And that, since i refused to give them information, after they did not identify themselves, that they will be suspending my license. XX/XX/2023 - After doing online research, I found the company and the contact information. After getting connected with XXXX XXXX, i had her pull up whatever " information '' they had. The information through looking through it and them making me sent proof of nonownership. Revealed the false claims and the abusive and preditory calling practice. After upon the discovery she tried to justify the threats and actions of infringing on my rights as a private citizen.
