Citation text line 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) On or about August 7, 2023, at the site located at LLC 4959 International Dr. Local 1FA, Orlando, FL: the employer exposed employees to burns, fire, and smoke inhalation hazards in that exit was partially obstructed with boxes leaving approximately 15 inches of clearance to access the exit discharge. b) On or about August 7, 2023, at the site located at LLC 4959 International Dr. Local 1FA, Orlando, FL: the employer exposed employees to burns, fire, and smoke inhalation hazards in that a pallet of boxes partially blocking part of the exit . c) On or about August 7, 2023, at the site located at LLC 4959 International Dr. Local 1FA, Orlando, FL: the employer exposed employees to burns, fire, and smoke inhalation hazards in that exits route was partially obstructed with carts that are stored in the hallway regularly, leaving approximately 24 inches of clearance to access to travel through the hallway to the exit door. Victoria's Secret Stores, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398620, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12801 W. Broward Blvd, #405, SUNRISE, FL 33323.
