On or about July 16, 2019, three employees tearing off an old roof were not protected from falling up to 18 feet to the ground by the use of a fall protection system. A & A Roofing Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1297631, citation number 01, item number 001(a) and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 20016 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach, FL. |
