29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely: a. On or about April 15, 2024, at 2212 Oasis Palm Circle, Building #4, Cape Coral, Florida, 33991, employees were walking up and down four flights of job made stairs, wherein the stairs were constructed onsite without the use of engineering data/architectural drawings, during which time the third floor and second floor stairs collapsed; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazards. b. On or about April 15, 2024, at 2212 Oasis Palm Circle, Building #5, Cape Coral, Florida, 33991, employees were walking up and down four flights of job made stairs, wherein the stairs were constructed onsite without the use of engineering data/architectural drawings; therefore exposing the employees to a fall hazards. c.
