The Tenth Circuit Public Defender's motion to withdraw based on conflict is granted. Jurisdiction is relinquished to the trial court for 30 days for the Hon. Frederick Peter Mercurio to appoint the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel. See § 27.511(8), Fla. Stat. If the Hon. Frederick Peter Mercurio has rotated out of the criminal division, they may delegate appointment responsibilities to the successor judge.
The trial court shall provide a copy of its order appointing new counsel to the lower tribunal clerk, who shall transmit a copy to this court; and to Appellee; Appellant, whose address is Jacob Maldonado, Inmate No: 2020-009287, Manatee County Central Jail, 14470 Harlee Road, Palmetto, FL 34221; and the Tenth Circuit Public Defender. Within 10 days thereafter, the Tenth Circuit Public Defender shall forward the record on appeal and a copy of this order to new counsel and so certify to this court that this has been done. The initial brief shall be served within 30 days thereafter.

This appeal has been filed without a filing fee required by section 35.22(2)(a), Florida Statutes.
If the attorney for Appellant has not already done so, they shall forward to this court the required $300.00 filing fee or, if applicable, an order of the lower tribunal or a certificate of indigency from the clerk finding Appellant insolvent within twenty days from the date of this order.
If this court does not receive any of the above within the prescribed time, this appeal may be subject to dismissal without further notice and Appellant's counsel may risk sanctions.
