In the Staging Area of a temporary construction worksite located at of near 1013 N Main Street in Trenton, Florida; On or about August 19, 2021, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards ranging from 10 to 13-foot, in that an access ladder for the scaffold system was not used as employees accessed the scaffold to perform brick laying work.
