| Description | supp. belated appeal ~ Petitioner appears to seek a belated appeal or to belatedly invoke this court's certiorari jurisdiction in seven cases. The petition is facially insufficient in that it fails to identify the orders for which petitioner seeks review by name or date in each case. In addition, petitioner fails to allege any grounds for a belated appeal or belated certiorari review from any order in any of the cases cited. Petitioner has already appealed his judgments and sentences in lower case numbers 2001CF-008027 and 2001CF-008234 and is not entitled to a second appeal or review of his judgments and sentences in those cases. In addition, it appears that all of the charges in lower case number 2002CF-004051 were dismissed and that there are no orders from which petitioner would seek review in that case. It also appears that the petition for belated appeal or discretionary review would be untimely with respect to the majority of orders rendered in each of the cases cited by petitioner. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.141(c)(5).Within twenty days, petitioner shall, under oath and to the extent that he can do so in good faith, supplement the petition with a statement that satisfies the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c)(4), including the date and nature of the lower tribunal's order sought to be reviewed and the specific acts that constitute the basis for entitlement to belated appeal or belated discretionary review for each case in which petitioner seeks relief. The supplement shall include a certificate of service showing that it has been served on the Attorney General at 3507 E. Frontage Road, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida, 33607, and the State Attorney in the county from which the conviction in question originated. Failure to timely serve a response to this order will subject the petition to dismissal without further notice. |
