We provide services to holders of vacated and distressed properties, for single unit residential, multi-unit, small retail, small office buildings, and farms. The Basics are:
Initial Property Securement and posting (lock Changes and installations, boarding of windows and doors, installation of lock boxes). Initial cursory property inspections for condition, safety hazards, and bidding at time of Securement Services.
Trash Outs and debris removal (broom sweep, mop, counters wiped down, sinks and shower/bathtub drains winterized, air fresheners installed).
Initial lawn cut (up to a half an acre) exterior debris removal, and landscape grooming.
Inground pool covering, Above ground pool covering, or removal.
Over the Counter Pest Control (Bug Bombs, Spraying).
Temporary unlicensed roof repairs include tarping, air blowing gutters, chimney capping. On single story properties. Two Story properties will be bid on.
Scheduled recurring refreshment cleaning.
