On or about December 4,2024, at the worksite: the employer did not provide written fall protection training certificates for employees conducting roofing activities. The employer G&G Enterprise Services LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1771269, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10-11-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 3521 Keyworth Street Apopka, Fl 32712. |
