Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems: a. Building 3, employees were exposed to a 9.5 feet fall hazard from the second to the first floor, in that the 4 stairway landings at the top of each stairway were not provided with a railing system to protect employees. b. Building 5, employees were exposed to a fall hazard, in that, railings were not provided at the stairway landings of the 4 stairways leading form the second to the third floor. The four stairways had open sided landings at the exterior of the building between flights of stairs and at the top of the second flight of each stairway.
