At a residential construction north side located at Wading Ibis Road 243 Stokes Landing: On or about August 7, 2024, the employer was exposing 2 employees to a 19 to 20-foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing the decking. b. At a residential construction south side located at Wading Ibis Road 244 Stokes Landing: On or about August 7, 2024, the employer was exposing 2 employees to a 8 to 9-foot fall hazard, in that the employees were not wearing fall protection when installing the roof trusses. |
