On or about April 24, 2023, at a worksite in Cape Coral, Florida, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were working atop a newly constructed second floor, were attempting to stand-up a wall, comprised of 2x4 studs, which was 9 feet tall and 15 feet wide and weighed approximately 360 pounds, wherein the crew lost their balance and in turn lost control of the wall, causing the crew to slip and fall, and during which time the employer did not initiate and maintain safety programs to ensure compliance with fall hazard recognition and prevention. |
