29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 11/14/2023, on the south side of "Building C" at the site located at 4107 SW Kanner Highway in Stuart, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of up to 14 feet-1 inch when using an aerial lift to access the roof of a steel building while not wearing a harness with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket of the lift. |
