Complaint What Happened	On XX/XX/XXXX, my father notified me about a voicemail left by a representative named XXXX from Prime Recovery LLC on his phone. The message was intended for XXXX XXXX, mentioning paperwork for potential judgment and garnishment. Concerned, my wife called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, questioning how they obtained the number. XXXX replied that they conduct research. When asked about the matter, XXXX mentioned a collection from XXXX. My wife clarified that the debt had surpassed Florida 's statute of limitations and was not collectible. XXXX insisted on the debt 's validity, stating compliance with the FDCPA! Prime Recovery LLC has violated multiple laws when it comes to debt collection! XXXX violated my privacy, she is attempting to collect on a time barred account! The last payment was made was in XXXX! I live in the state of Florida, which is 5 years! My privacy has been violated! This debt is time barred! Refer to the voicemail that was left on my fathers phone!

MY MOTHERS NUMBER XXXX WAS NEVER PROVIDED TO EITHER SIMPLE FAST LOANS OR PRIME RECOVERY. THE HAVE VIOLATED THE CFPB. THEY NEVER HAD PERMISSION TO CONTACT ANYONE OTHER THAN ME. IN FACT THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WAS SENT A CEASE AND DESIST WHICH HAS NOW ALSO BEEN VIOLATED. THEY ALSO REACHED OUT TO MY SISTER AT XXXX DURING THE MONTH OF XXXX OR XXXX. AT THIS TIME I CALLED THE COMPANY AND ADVISED THEY COULD NOT CONTACT ANYONE BY ME BY PHONE AND ALS ADVISED CEASE AND DESIST HAD BEEN SENT.

The debt collector specifically intended the message to seem like a " lawsuit '' was being filed and he had been hired by an attorney on behalf of this payday loan client. The message also stated that they wanted to allow me an opportunity to, '' provide a statement in my defense '' or that I should have my personal attorney call them back. The same message was left on 2 family member voicemails within the same hour.
