Description ORD-SUA SPONTE ~ On March 23, 2017, appellants (plaintiffs below) filed a verified motion to vacate final judgment pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540(b) shortly before this court's jurisdiction was invoked by the filing of a notice of appeal.
