On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, at 1715 McQuade Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209: On or about February 3, 2023, the employer exposed three employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees, while using pneumatic nail guns to sheath the roof. b. On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, at 1711 McQuade Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209: On or about February 3, 2023, the employer exposed two employees to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employees while using saws to cut sheets of plywood and 2 x 4's. c. On the roof of a temporary residential worksite, at 1711 McQuade Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32209: On or about February 3, 2023, the employer exposed himself to eye injury hazards by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee while using a pneumatic nail gun to sheath the roof. |
