Citation text line 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a. At 12436 Tierra Chase Way (Lot #6), Jacksonville, Florida, on or about October 17, 2023: the employer exposed employees to a 12-foot fall hazard, in that fall protection system were not utilized by employees while performing wood framing work on roof trusses. The employer, Jars Interiors LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR-1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1648828, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 20, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 114 Valonia Way, St. Mary's, Georgia 31558.
