The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on February 08, 2024 at 816 Cherry Elm Drive, Saint Augustine Florida, during framing work, the employer exposed 3 framing employees to 20-feet and 10-feet fall hazards from the eaves in that they were not protected by a fall protection system while installing roof trusses to the top plate.
