On the roof of a single-family residence, at a temporary residential worksite, located at 3060 Thorn Glen Court in Jacksonville, Florida 32208: On or about January 24, 2024, the employer exposed an employee to eye injury hazards caused by airborne debris and flying objects, in that eye protection was not utilized by the employee, while using a pneumatic nail gun to install roofing shingles.
