Site located on 336 51st St Ct W. in Palmetto, FL. as observed on or about December 15, 2022 the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard in that, no training related to recognition of hazards related to ladders was provided to the employees using a Gorilla, model GLMPXA-18, aluminum multi-position ladder in a folded/step ladder position to gain access to the roof from the back side porch of the house and exposed to fall hazards.
