On or about December 6, 2012, employees were exposed to shock and electrocution from using woodworking tools that were powered by damaged cords that lacked strain relief at the above job site. 3 Instances: A. 110 VAC power cord on a Delta Sidekick Miter Saw that had a plug that lacked strain relief. B. 220 VAC power cords that supplied power a Gannomat Pro Line 50 Boring Machine and a Grizzly dust collector were wrapped around steel structural members.
