To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that all employees are protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system while engaging in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels. b) The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard as demonstrated on 01/15/2021 at 755 Bentwater Circle, Naples FL 34108, three (3) employees are exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the lower roof level of a three-story residential roof (slope 5:12), in that they were not attached to a personal fall protection system. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that all employees are protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system while engaging in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels. c) The employer fails to assure effective protections against falls as required by the standard as demonstrated on 05/04/2021 at 805 Bentwater Circle, Naples FL 34108, employees are exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while replacing roof tiles on a three stories residential roof (slope 5:12) in that they were not attached to a personal fall protection system. To abate this hazard, the employer must ensure that all employees are protected from fall hazards through the use of a fall protection system while engaging in roofing activities 6 feet or more above lower levels.
